• As natural iron and steel contain trace amounts of moisture even when varnished, slight darkening or the appearance of a mild brownish tone may develop over time. This natural patina can be more noticeable following air shipment. Such colour changes are characteristic of traditionally forged steel and are not considered defects, as they do not affect the item's durability or quality.

• Indoor Use Recommended
These items are intended primarily for indoor use. They should not be exposed to prolonged moisture or soaked in liquid, so we do not advise placing them near sinks, bathtubs, or any damp areas.

• Care Instructions
To preserve the appearance of your forged item, we recommend gently wiping it with a dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the varnish and speed up natural patina development.

• Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is returned in perfect condition, without any signs of use. Return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the order.

• Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items
If you discover that your item is damaged or incorrectly supplied upon receipt, we will send you a replacement or the missing parts at our expense. In such cases, please contact us promptly and provide a photo as proof to help us resolve the issue quickly.
